AreaBFE Waiver Form
EVERYONE entering must purchase a Park Pass or call to pay at arrival.
EVERYONE entering the park MUST fill out a waiver regardless of status.
EVERYONE driving MUST complete the Utah OHV Education Course.
Waivers are valid for the length of your pass. You MUST fill out a new waiver for each pass.
Anyone under the age of 18 will require a parent / guardians consent.

Utah OHV Education Course
Beginning Jan. 1, 2023, AreaBFE will require all OHV operators to complete the free Utah Off-Highway Vehicle Education Course to operate an OHV on public land, road or trail. The onetime course is expected to take less than 30 minutes to complete.
